Description

A3SS-XT3 PLC control Cabinet High Pressure Coolant System with control cabinet can work independently.Applicable to old machine tools, imported machine tools with central water function, without changing the existing operation program of the machine to run. The PLC control cabinet can be changed to the control mode of other modules,such as AKP module, Terminal Box, etc, XT3 is equipped with a pressure-regulating relief valve, which can manually adjust any pressure value of 0-type selection, and the standard overflow device, when the level controller fails or other emergencies, to ensure that the cutting fluld will not overflow the tank and ensure the cleanliness of the processing site.

Typical application scenario

Optimized open interface design, compatible with vertical/horizontal machining center, gantry, turning and miling complex equipment, efficient processing verification of steel and aluminum parts, taking into account the application of light cutting of castings.
